It started with a simple idea: burgers shouldn't be complicated, they should just be incredibly good. We don't use thick, frozen pucks of meat. We take fresh, loosely packed balls of premium beef and smash them violently onto a screaming hot griddle.
This technique creates a magical crust (the Maillard reaction) locking in all the juices and flavor. Paired with butter-toasted potato buns and our signature secret sauce, it's an experience you'll crave every day.
